Chano Aniceto

Chano Aniceto is the founder of A Plus Hardwood Floors Inc., a family-driven company built on craftsmanship, integrity, and hard work. Raised in Palatine, Illinois, Chano learned the value of discipline and responsibility at a young age, delivering newspapers with his father at 1:30 a.m. before school — a work ethic that still defines him today. After entering the trades in 2005 and founding A Plus Decorating Inc. in 2008, Chano expanded his expertise into flooring, officially launching A Plus Hardwood Floors Inc. in 2021. He specializes in hardwood floor refinishing, installation, and custom stain work, combining old-school craftsmanship with modern dust-containment technology. Chano works side by side with his brother Israel and leads every project with a simple philosophy: treat every home like it’s your own, stand behind the work, and never cut corners. Family and faith remain the foundation behind everything he builds — both in business and in life.
